Salute to Al Vann

Al Vann- The “Gentle Warrior” in the fight against HIV and AIDS.
A man teaches us that it is okay to “agree to disagree” as long as we maintain respect for one another.  He teaches the power of words.  Words can heal the brokenhearted, words can lift spirits, words can encourage and cause others to grow, but words can also kill and destroy.  He always speaks words of hope and life so the power of love for his people will show.
We at Watchful Eye Testing, Outreach and Prevention Initiative, along with all of our community partners salute New York City Councilman Albert Vann for his untiring work and commitment to fight against HIV and AIDS in New York City.
